Summary
I help you compare Corvallis, Albany, Philomath, Lebanon, Monmouth, Independence, and Tangent on cost, commute, schools, vibe and weather before you buy, and then represent you when you’re ready. I want you to love where you land.
I know what it’s like to look at a town on a map and try to guess whether you’d be happy there. Photos don’t tell you how far the grocery store is, or which streets flood, or whether you’d actually bike to campus in February or just say you would. I had those same questions before I moved, and I’ve spent the years since learning the answers well enough to give them to you plainly.
That’s most of what relocation help really is. You’re not necessarily shopping for a house yet. You’re trying to decide between Corvallis and Albany, or between Oregon and wherever you are now. So we start there. What does your money buy in each town? How long is the drive to OSU or to work in Salem or Eugene? Which neighborhoods are walkable, which are quiet, which ones fill up fast when the university year starts? I’ll give you the honest version, including the parts that might not sell you on the place.
When you’re ready to look at homes, I’ll represent you here, and I’ll still be picking up the phone long after you’ve unpacked. I put my clients before the sale, and I care too much to talk someone into a life here they won’t enjoy.
