Who this covers
This policy applies to this website operated by Marty Fulford, Licensed Real Estate Agent, 435 NW 5th St. Suite A, Corvallis, OR 97330. It does not cover third party sites reached from links here, including YouTube, or any separate systems your lender, title company or Fulhouse Realty may operate.
What the site collects
At the time of writing this site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and sets no cookies of its own. The only information that reaches us is what you choose to send.
- Contact form. Name, email address and the content of your message. [TODO-BACKEND] the form has no submission handler yet, so nothing is transmitted or stored today. Once it is wired up, name the processor here.
- Calls, texts and email. If you phone, text or email, we keep what you send so we can respond and follow up.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, records standard request data such as IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and reliability. [TODO-CLIENT] confirm the retention period from Cloudflare's documentation.
Embedded video
Videos on this site are loaded from YouTube only after you click play. Until you do, no request is made to YouTube and no YouTube cookie is set. Once you press play, YouTube receives your request and its own privacy policy and cookies apply. We use the youtube-nocookie.com player, which limits but does not eliminate that tracking.
How information is used
To answer your question, provide real estate services you have asked for, and keep in touch about your move. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to carry out a transaction you have asked us to work on, such as with a lender, title company, inspector or cooperating broker, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (541) 829-2556 or emailing marty@fulhouserealty.com. Real estate transaction records are subject to Oregon record retention rules and may have to be kept even after a deletion request. [TODO-LEGAL] confirm the applicable retention period with counsel or the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
[TODO-LEGAL] If the site ever markets to residents of California, Colorado, Virginia or the EU, or if it starts running analytics or advertising, this section needs specific state and GDPR language and probably a consent banner. That is not the case today.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
