I’m Marty Fulford. If you’re buying, selling, or relocating, you’ll get an honest, informed perspective from me. My approach is rooted in care: for my clients, my neighbors, and my community.

Summary
I’m a licensed real estate agent who has been working in the field since 2012. I am the principal owner and broker of Fulhouse Realty at 435 NW 5th St. Suite A, (541) 829-2556. I have the privilege of serving buyers and sellers throughout the mid-Willamette Valley in Corvallis, Albany, Philomath, Lebanon, Monmouth, Independence, and Tangent. Since the start of 2024 I have closed 121 homes for more than $70.5 million in sales volume (WVMLS).
I’m a transplant. 14 years ago, I made the move to this area myself, which means I’ve done the part you might be doing right now: staring at a map of towns you’ve never driven through, trying to guess which one is going to feel like home. Nobody can answer that from a listing photo. It takes someone who’s actually lived through the transition.
That experience is the reason I got licensed in 2012 and the reason I’ve stayed put. Corvallis is where I set down roots, and the towns around it, Albany, Philomath, Lebanon, Monmouth, Independence and Tangent, are places I personally know, not just by reading about them. The Willamette Valley is where I live, work, and play.
Being honest about this region matters more to me than closing any sale. If long stretches of gray rain aren’t your thing, I’ll tell you straight, and I might point you toward Bend instead. I want you to love where you land, not end up in a house you regret. Same goes for price. If a home is stretching you too thin, or a seller’s expectations don’t match what the market is doing right now, you’ll hear that from me plainly.
And I don’t disappear at closing. I’m in your corner from the first showing through close. And years later, when you call for help with a leaky water heater or installing new landscaping, I’m happy to provide referrals and make connections. That’s what putting clients before the sale looks like for me.

Sidewalks, schools, small businesses, parks where people walk their dogs: all of these things impact how a town grows. Giving back is an integral part of this work for me and allows me to support our community’s development.
Volunteering, supporting local organizations, and showing up when the community needs care are a few ways I keep that connection real. I strive to be the agent people recognize from around town rather than from a bus bench.

The credential that matters every single day to each client is simple and verifiable: an active Oregon real estate license I’ve held continuously since 2012. The record below is what that experience has built, and I bring all of it to each new engagement.

A brick-and-mortar office at 435 NW 5th St. Suite A in Corvallis, so we have a private, physical space to collaborate. If online is your style, we can work remotely too.
I work across seven communities, so I’m comparing Philomath against Monmouth against Albany with real knowledge of each.

Per WVMLS closed sales through August 24, 2026; listing and selling sides combined, dual-agency transactions counted once.
In this business, the recognition that counts most is a past client calling back years later or sending a friend my way. That’s the standard I hold myself to.
Our communities are beautiful, vibrant, and unique. Check out places I work: Corvallis, Albany, Philomath, Lebanon, Monmouth, Independence and Tangent. Real streets, real events, real people.

Corvallis and the surrounding communities are small enough that reputation travels on its own and we’re usually only six degrees away from each other. Feel free to ask around about me and any other realtors you are considering. Then make the call so we can talk about the particular needs and wants for your next move.
If we’ve worked together and you’d like to share how it went, I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from you. Send your feedback to marty@fulhouserealty.com.
“You want Marty on your side. She knows so many people in the business and knows what she is talking about.”

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need someone who will listen, give you a straight answer, and help you take the next step with confidence.
